Thanks for your interest in Casualist Jerks. We are a mythic raiding squad that raids only 2 days a week on the weekends. Only raiding 2 days a week means that we must be very efficient in what we do.

Must download Discord App as this is the Voice communication software we use.

Must have downloaded and installed these addons:
- DBM or BigWigs
- RCLootCouncil

Loot is managed based on a Loot council system. We use RCLootCouncil to roll on and give out gear. Core raiders are main priority while trials are secondary.

Trial periods last for 2 weeks as long as you have 100% attendance and perform at or above expectations during the trial.

We would like for core members to not miss more than one weekend a month. We understand that there are extenuating circumstances that sometimes can not be avoided. To combat this there will be a 3 strikes you are out policy. More than 3 absences in a month and you are put on bench roster.

We also will be running and maintaining logs to watch the progress of members of the team. There is a coaching plan that will be in place to deal with poor performance, and we will give 3 raid lock outs to show some improvement before being benched. It will be the responsibility of the class leads to document this coaching interaction with the members.

We want this raid team to be a success and push to the limits of what we can do as a team. So it is crucial to hold people accountable for their successes and failures.
